Re Rates

Ratings are sort of updated!  The Web Page Portal is NOT up to date yet, but being worked on, and soon the new ratings will be on there.  However the new ratings can be found In the index file, since i got the sim all up to date with Ratings.

We are using  Re Rates Created by @notchristo  and MagiKarp. They are also somewhat based on Matt Landers ratings that we had used in the past.  So you won't see gigantic changes in ratings.  Great Work guys! Thanks! Much Appreciated.

 Make sure you have no players or prospects that belong to you in that list.  Most should be good, but i may have missed a few as I had to go thru and double check the spelling on them all to match up with the new rating file.  Free Agency Starts Aug. 28th. So please double check your rosters before FA starts.  Any errors, send me a PM.
